This album I took advantage of my cricket expressions two machine. It was a lot of fun laying and building the pages from paper bags. can't remember the paper collection but it was beautiful and a dream to work with. The closure I just attached a simple chain with a earing and an eyelet. I also added a flap on the end of the pages to close the paper bags to keep things from falling out I cut them out of my cricket and added some corrugated cardboard to it for a nice fancy touch.

I was inspired by my grandmothers vintage house it is over 100 years old but it got sold and it sadly burned to the ground! She had beautiful Victorian couches and furniture that gave the house such a nice vintage feel. She did a good job keeping up with the yard and house. She also grew beautiful flowers in the yard had made garden plowed and just a natural green thumb and very resourceful!

I adhere everything with score tape I use quarter and half inch I believe it is the best to work with out of any kind of adhesive out there. I feel liquid glue bubbles and warps the paper so I just prefer the double sided strong tape "score tape" and I always love the fresh smell of it after I take it out of the package!!

I hope this project inspires some crafters to use some paper bags and keep a place for photos that are dear to you and be creative!

Hi everyone this is a project I done years ago using graphic 45 paper collection called steam punk spells. I can't remember the size of the book, as I no longer have it any more, I sold it to one of my friends, but it was a lot of fun as every project is a great deal of fun especially when using Graphic 45, the imagery and detail they give has a multitude of possibilities when creating projects. Paper crafting is a beautiful way to express yourself and get out all your hostilities and frustrations amazing therapy!
